ONLY manufacturer defects will be authorised for return.   All merchandise must be in its original packaging.  Due to health and hygiene we cannot issue credit for returned items which have been opened or used.

On refused orders, a 20% restocking fee, plus all freight charges will be charged to the customer.  Additional shipping charges will be applied to orders that are re-shipped. 

Intimate Apparel:

Any garment that covers an intimate area is absolutely not returnable for your protection.  By law this would be thongs, g-strings, teddies, bras, panties, body stockings.

We will not accept returns on used items.  We are not responsible for defects or damage caused by customer error.

All our novelty items are to be used for entertainment purposes only with proper care and consideration.  Kinky Miss Lingerie assumes no liabilities or responsibilities for the manner in which the product is used.

Our orders are discreetly packaged plain brown paper.  Your privacy is our concern. We do not sell or share your e-mail address or personal information with other companies.

You may receive a credit or exchange within 30 days, on all unworn and originally tagged products.
